"It'd be a quick thing. You don't have to stay as long as I usually do, but...I usually make them flowers, like the paper kind, drop a seal on them for weather protection. If no one steals them, sometimes they last all year." Which is again, weird without the context.
"I already started on them, but give me a week and they'll be finished. They take a little longer than just the usual shit. But um...I can draw out a map? Navigating an unfamiliar cemetery can get pretty difficult if you don't know where you're supposed to be looking. If you think you might need it I could give you a guidance spell, might help."
There's a brief blankness on her face at the word 'cemetery,' which entirely matches the way her mind whites out at the word. But it doesn't last, and she sips her own water, giving herself a moment.
"A map would be fine," she says quietly. "They're together?"
"I'll draw you one. It's not that hard to find, thankfully. The address good enough to get there for Iris, or do you need a little more?" He isn't sure how dimensional travel like that works, but he's starting to fidget a little now that it's rather obvious what he's asking her to do for him.
"Y-yeah, basically sharing a plot if you factor in how small it is. That shit's fucking expensive and It was a bit of a battle until I finally got my pay out. The government likes to work slow when everyone is shoving their hands in your face for cash." It hadn't been a smooth process at all and most of that year had been a fucking blur.
"Something of yours, and a city name, would probably do for Iris. I have no idea how her bus works, it's sort of alive?" She scrubs her hand through her hair, then smooths it down again.
"Well, the flowers I'm gonna send you with would be mine, but if you needed something else, just let me know." He could just let her borrow his Zune for an afternoon probably, that'd make it easier.
His ankles cross under the table, gently swinging back and forth as he tries not to look at her. "I just don't want to miss it just because I'm stuck here...their ghosts lft a long time ago, but I think It's still important." He huffs a soft laugh as a thought comes to him, "Maybe you can bring a cardboard cut out of me, then it'll be like I'm there all the time."

"Yeah, I know how that goes."
