I'll talk to him. I don't think it would hurt if you did, too, if you're comfortable. The more we get receptive people thinking about this, the better.

On the flip side, for now I'm going to avoid talking about it around people who are opposed to changing things. We don't need an argument to make people who are already demoralized more afraid to speak up. We can circle back to the fence sitters later.
